Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for consulting with their prescribing physician before making any changes based on our consultation.
Pricing: All prices are listed on the Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
Payment Due: Full payment is required at the time of booking
Method: Methods of acceptable payment include credit card, debit card, digital wallets, bank debits and transactions
Client Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, as preparation work may have already begun. Refunds are not provided once the consultation services have been rendered, or for failure to comply with the cancellation policy
No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify me, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge if done 24 hours in advance. Reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will require a new booking and payment.
Ownership: All content, including your website text, graphics, and the written Action Plans provided after a consultation, are intellectual property of © Sara Vernon, Pharm.D. Wellness Consulting, and may not be reproduced or distributed without your written permission.
Client Use: The client's use of the post-consultation materials is limited to personal, non-commercial use only.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
